Sorelle Bronca
Sorelle Bronca is a winery with family tradition and my sister are the third generation. Unfortunately, our father passed away quite young, and originally thought that neither of his two daughters, could have continued the art of making wine. But he transmitted to us his passion for wine, and we decided to leave our jobs to dedicate ourselves working full time in wine production. I’m not a enologist, my words come only from the experience gained over the years.
By chance I meet Piero, who would later become my husband. Another important step was the decision of Elisa, my sister’s daughter, to become enologist and she has been working with us since 2001.
Since the beginning our philosophy has been to produce a sparkling wine of high quality while respecting the environment and traditions, but also following more modern enology. Now we are growing 25 hectares of vineyards all located inside VALDOBBIADENE DOCG, the historical Prosecco area of production.
