When Montréaler’s go out for a late night snack after the clubs they go for poutine.
In Vancouver we have the London version of that dish, Curried Rock Shrimp Frites.
Called “Chips & Curry” in the UK, piping hot French fries, sweet little rock shrimp all smothered in curry cream sauce
and like poutine, so disgusting it’s downright delicious!
