Liuyishou Hotpot Celebrates its 8th Anniversary and Presents “Celebration 8” Dinner Gala on August 8
Pairing with BC VQA Wines, Liuyishou Hosts 8th Anniversary Wine-Paring Dinner Gala to Feature One-of-a-Kind Hot Pot Experience in Richmond
Liuyishou Hotpot is celebrating its 8th birthday on August 8, 2022! Since the Chongqing-based restaurant chain opens its first location opens in Richmond in 2014, Liuyishou Richmond has welcomed 15 other sister outlets in Richmond Hill (ON), Downtown Vancouver, Ottawa, Princeton, Scarborough, Burnaby, Edmonton, San Mateo, Toronto, New York, Boston, Seattle, San Diego, Montreal, and Houston. In 2022, the growing family is looking forward to 3 new members coming to Chicago, San Jose, and Austin.

To celebrate such a landmark moment, Liuyishou will host a Wine-Pairing Dinner Gala on August 8, 2022, serving top-quality hot pot dishes paired with BC VQA wines. Gala tickets ($88/person) are available for sale online or booked through phone reservations. Event guests will be joined by Wine experts from local wineries, media guests, and VIP guests of Liuyishou.
The Liuyishou “Celebration 8” Dinner Gala menu will feature deluxe dishes such as Japanese A5 Wagyu and Canadian Lobster, as well as the Aged Angus Beef, an exclusive dish by Liuyishou, which has made it the first restaurant to adapt steak aging technology to prepare mouth-watering hot pot beef dishes. The menu also includes BC VQA wines to demonstrate the pinnacle of the art of wine-hot pot pairing,
The Celebration 8 Menu ($88/person) will also be available at Liuyishou Richmond and Liuyishou Burnaby from August 9 – August 18, 2022, during dinner hours. Reservation is required.
