The inspiration for Chez Christophe’s 2023 Holiday Chocolate Showpiece Collection comes from the company’s 10th Anniversary celebrations, creating a North Pole pastry kitchen brigade out of premium chocolate. Milk chocolate “Chez Santa” acts as the executive pastry chef, holding a rolling pin and a croissant. The dark chocolate penguin plays sous chef to Santa, donning a chef hat with a mixing bowl and spoon by his side. Everyone’s favourite reindeer takes on the integral role of chocolatier, holding a bench scraper and a square of completed chocolate work.
- “Chez Santa” – Made entirely from 42% milk chocolate and 35% caramelized white chocolate. It is filled with a limited edition red, white, and green dark chocolate and caramelized white chocolate corn puff dragee.
- “Chef Penguin” – Made entirely out of 6% dark chocolate with a 34% white chocolate base and dark chocolate coffee bean dragee decor.
