Crab Fest at Fisherman’s Wharf
We wouldn’t miss the second annual False Creek Crab Fest on Saturday, July 27th, from 12 pm to 4:30 pm, hosted by BC Crab Fishermen’s Association and Mitch’s Catch at False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf! We’ll be there right at noon, if not before, to help out, but I am sure they got this!
You’ll Feast away on a delicious local Dungeness crab boil prepared by Chef Vish Mayekar and Chef Johnny Bridge, enjoy live music and games, and sip on Twin Sails and Superflux Beer and Fabrique St-George wine and non-alcoholic drink options in the heart of False Creek.
The mission is to raise awareness and make local Dungeness crab more accessible so you can savour the taste of our coastal waters. Experience the flavours of BC while supporting local fishers in the heart of False Creek.
Don’t miss out on this incredible event! Tickets can be purchased online or at the entrance, but don’t hesitate to do so because capacity is limited, and we sold out last year!
Your ticket includes one crab plate and one drink ticket. Come hungry – we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Check out BCCFA’s website and Instagram for more information about this organization and our local crab.
