On Monday, October 25 2010, at 6:30pm the British Columbia Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) will host “Dish and Dazzle”, a new fundraising event and cocktail competition at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Grab a glass of sparkling wine and groove to live entertainment while you rub shoulders with the city’s finest. Taste samples from the hottest wineries and chefs while you cheer for your favourite mixologist as they compete for cocktail glory. Tickets are $250 plus HST, benefitting the BCHF.
