Christmas Dinner at Aura
Executive Chef Tim Cuff has crafted a special Christmas feast in honour of this special day. Known for his style of combining the finest and freshest of local and Canadian cuisine with a whimsical touch, guests can choose between either a 4-course or a 6-course dinner featuring menu items such as Smoked Duck Breast and Duck Confit Ravioli in a Compressed Mushroom Broth and House Glazed Honey Ham Potato Croquette served with Brown Butter Grilled Pineapple and Heirloom Vegetables. The 4-course menu is priced at $55.00 and 6-course menu at $75.00. Wine pairings are available upon request.
New Year’s Eve Extravaganza
Ring in the New Year in style at Nita Lake Lodge. The evening starts with a Near Year’s Reception with wine and canapés followed by a 7-course New Years’s Eve gastronomic tasting menu. Be prepared to be welcomed with dishes that include Aged Biodynamic Risotto with Black Burgundy Truffles and Fresh Dungeness Crab and Wild Sidney Island Venison Beluga Lentils with Pine Nuts, Artichokes Berigouille. Lastly, the evening ends withNew Year’s Gala in the Nita Lake Ballroom with dancing and entertainment. Both the Nita Lake New Year’s Reception and Evening Gala are priced at $30.00 per person, while dinner is priced at $105.00 per person, or a choice of $180.00 or $225.00 with wine pairings.
