Take in his cooking class on Thursday, February 10th and pick up the tricks of the trade in The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s show kitchen. During the class – watch, listen and learn from Executive Chef LeCrom’s brigade and master his menu from Smoked Mallard Duck Breast with Baby Organic Greens, Nova Scotia Lobster in a rich Chardonnay Sauce, Black Angus Tenderloin with Truffle Jus and Profiteroles. Chef apron, recipes, hot tips and the entire ingredient list inclusive of a bottle or two of wine will be all yours to take home and prepare a dinner just like the pros for the special day.
