The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s Executive Chef, Robert LeCrom makes it easy for any aspiring culinarian to prepare a romantic 4-course Valentine’s dinner for two. Take in his cooking class on Thursday, February 10th and pick up the tricks of the trade in The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s show kitchen. During the class – watch, listen and learn from Executive Chef LeCrom’s brigade and master his menu from Smoked Mallard Duck Breast with Baby Organic Greens, Nova Scotia Lobster in a rich Chardonnay Sauce, Black Angus Tenderloin with Truffle Jus and Profiteroles. Chef apron, recipes, hot tips and the entire ingredient list inclusive of a bottle or two of wine will be all yours to take home and prepare a dinner just like the pros for the special day.
