Sasvari’s new Craft Cocktail Course joins PICA’s already well recognized three-tiered Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Certifications and Western Living’s newly minted ‘Top 40 Foodies Under 40’ as well as, Certified Cicerone Chester Carey’s Serious Beer Series completing PICA’s culinary centre’s educational journey to plate and glass.
Well acknowledged among Vancouver’s growing, passionate and committed cocktail scene, Sasvari brings a Craft Cocktail Course that will cover both theory and practical skills.
