Chef Francois Samson présents a mexican inspired menu. This won’t be your typical mexican burritos and such. Be prepared for a surprise tasting of dishes that uses seasonal foods complimented with commonly used mexican spices and flavourings. If you like what you taste, you can take some home “to go” from our Pret a Manger (ready-to-eat) fridge.
Township 7 Vineyards and Winery will also be there to pour their fabulous wines. If it’s good enough for Queen Elizabeth, surely it must be good enough for you! Township 7 Chardonnay was chosen to be served to the Queen during her recent visit to Canada. Considering that the official federal dinner was held in Ontario and that there are hundreds of Canadian wineries to choose from, the selection of Township 7 was a true honour.
