Our own celebrated Chef de Cuisine Stephane Istel and Executive Chef Dale Mackay from our sister restaurant Lumiere, invite you to join them this fall for two very special, private instructional events. Each date begins with an island rendezvous, and ends in Relais & Chateaux class style.

- Nov 23 – Dishing with Dale
Begin with a 4pm rendezvous with Chef Istel or Mackay, at Granville Island Market. Share menu ideas and inspiration, shop for seasonal ingredients, return to the Lumiere kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson, then dine on your three-course, wine-paired dinner hosted by Lumiere Maitre d’ Drew Walker.
Spouses and friends are welcome to join you for dinner as Lumiere is closed Mondays for special and private events – just like these.
Space is limited to just 10 cooking class particpants and 30 wine-paired dinner guests.
The cost to attend the rendezvous, shop, cooking class and three-course wine-paired dinner is $150 per person.
