AUSTRALIA UNVEILED house wine, in collaboration with Wine Australia presents three Australian tastings. The series will take you on a tour of Australia’s diverse wine regions, introduce you to its unique blends and surprise you with unexpected wine styles. Be prepared for a refreshing new look at Australia. Don’t miss the second tasting in our series of three! Down Under Mix Up Australia is renowned for her single varietal Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon but these grapes are often co
mbined with other varieties. Far from being inferior, Australia’s blended wines offer a unique taste of the country. Beyond the classic Cab/Shiraz combos, explore traditional red and white Bordeaux blends, Rhône inspired threesomes of Grenache, Shiraz, Mourvèdre as well as the fashionable union of Shiraz/Viognier. This mingler is also sure to include some less traditional yet innovated combination of grapes.
