The new restaurant and banquet hall will be opening up at Gleneagles Golf and Country Club in West Vancouver in May. I will post the exact date as soon as I know.
The project is going extremely well thus far and the wine list is looking really great. I was fortunate enough to receive some tips and tricks from people who have been in the trade a lot longer than I have (Thanks Cassandra!). We will be pouring delicious wine and beer from B.C. for the Grand Opening so make sure you make it out to the beautiful fully licensed restaurant and lounge on the golf course overlooking the ocean. It is simply stunning!
