Unique marmalade tasting at Beta5  on Saturday February 18; take home a jar of your favorite*. Two informal tasting sessions at 11.30am and 3.30pm.

Sampling 6 different marmalades (on fresh baked scones), ranging in flavor from sweet to bitter: meyer lemon, pink lemon, rangpur lime, seville orange (made with granulated sugar), traditional seville orange (made with unrefined cane sugar), and bergamot. All of our marmalades are made using a traditional method that captures the natural pectin in the citrus. The result is a delicately set preserve containing only 2 ingredients – citrus and sugar. All of our citrus is grown sustainably and sourced from Rising ‘C’ Ranches in Reedley, California.

* Tasting sessions are $10 – no registration is required.
