Brunch out at Farmhouse Cheese with ingredients sourced from Agassiz.  Quang Dang bbq a lamb, amazing cheese and pies. Five minutes away at Limbert Mountain Farm, I went to observe Chef Robert Clark prepare a more formal feast with Swift Aquaculture salmon, local berries and other delicious Fraser Valley treats.  Amazing day.  So grateful to be included.
