Hello People. You are all invited to attend a very special dinner we are holding Saturday, July 2nd at a centrally-located secret spot. With the flavours of the New Orleans as the inspiration, and using the first of the local summer fruit and vegetables, we are offering four-courses of southern influenced fare. I took a trip to New Orleans this past Winter and wanted to share some of the great dishes I tried while I was there.
