Appealing aesthetic and unique design give Byrne Road Cactus Club the winning edge in Cintas Canada’s 1st Annual Best Restroom Award
Cactus Restaurants Ltd. is honoured to receive the public’s winning nod for the 1st Annual ‘Cintas Canada’s Best Restroom Award’. The contest, presented by Cincinnati, Ohio based Cintas Corporation, honours the public washroom that boasts the most immaculate, inviting and stylish space for patrons.
“We are incredibly proud to be receiving this accolade for our Byrne Road location,” says president and founder Richard Jaffray. “At Cactus we strive to bring our customers an affordable luxury experience at all our locations and the restrooms are a part of that experience just like our food and dining rooms. It really is rewarding to see that the public has recognized this restroom design, it is a testament to the team’s success in creating a relaxing, fresh and contemporary space for our guests.”
The award was determined by thousands of votes cast by the public on the program’s web site. Five finalists were announced earlier this summer and included esteemed restaurants from across Canada.
Cactus Club Cafe aims to deliver a ‘wow factor’ in the design of each of company’s restrooms. At the Byrne Road location some of the unique features that captured the winning aesthetic include;
– Custom carpeted seating area in both Men’s and Women’s (women’s includes coffee table and magazines for lounging)
– Personal LCD television screens; illuminated make-up mirrors in women’s washroom featuring the tag line “You’re Beautiful”
– “Exotic Foot Flush” Toilets
– Fully enclosed “Privacy” stalls equipped with their own fan, lighting, and sound system speaker
– Unwavering attention to detail and high quality materials, fresh flowers, pre-programmed dimmable lighting and meticulous cleanliness
