Edible Canada in Granville Island
All sorts of great Canadian Food here, every day!
1.) Bison Poutine
This dish is composed of hand-cut fries, chucks of bison, caramelized onions, Quebec cheese curds, topped with a fried egg and bison gravy. Decadent is an understatement. This dish has it all: delicious, rich and comes served in portion that can be consumed between multiple people.
2.) Crispy Fraser Valley Duck Wings
Ditch the knife and fork and grab yourself a napkin! These duck wings have a crispy outside that’s slathered in a sauce composed of brown sugar, fish sauce and sprinkles of cilantro, summoning flavour inspiration from South East Asia. The perfect dish for getting messy and sharing with friends.
3.) House-Smoked Salmon
For a fresher take on a sharing dish, our House-Smoked Salmon served with golden beets, creme fraiche, maple mustard, fingerling chips and dill will not disappoint. Enjoy the beautiful flavour of wild BC salmon with friends as a starter to your meal.
