Thanks to all for the votes! I had thrown my hat in the ring Canadian Beef Ambassador, but didn’t read the rules properly (girl has to slow it down!), so have had to withdraw for now, although I’ll still be rooting for keeping it local and Canadian Beef.

I love a good tenderloin…mmmmm also, I love a standing rib roast with Yorkshire puddings..and beef bourginon, which I prepare beautifully. And, I love Cassandra anderton, a fellow food lover.
Absolutely love steak, but don’t get it very often. Partial to sirloin steaks.
