CedarCreek Estate Winery is pleased to announce that Chef Stefan Pimenta will be leading the culinary team this season at CedarCreek. Chef Pimenta brings to the winery a wealth of experience and passion having “chefed” at some of the finest restaurants in Vancouver, Whistler as well as in the Cayman Islands.

The Vineyard Terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy wine, food and a wonderful vista. The open-air restaurant wraps around the CedarCreek Wineshop with every seat affording a breathtaking view of vineyard and lake. Chef Pimenta’s menu will feature local producers, some growing exclusively for CedarCreek, with a farm to table philosophy.

In addition to the Terrace, which is open daily – 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CedarCreek will also offer a series of “Winemakers” dinners, once monthly through the season. Commenting on the culinary experience at CedarCreek, Gordon Fitzpatrick, President, notes “We always look forward to the Terrace opening because it is a wonderful way to showcase our wines and offer a truly memorable visit to the Winery.”
