New Year’s Eve, Saturday December 31 – Join us for dinner on December 31 and start your NYE festivities off right. We are offering our regular menu, our daily 3 course prix fixe for $38, plus Chef Jane Cornborough is bringing back some of your favorite dishes. She has been digging through the archives and will be featuring menu items from the days of Fuel as well as a few favorites from the first Refuel menu.  Expect Belly Rack, Whole Duck Confit, those cheesy Refuel Potatoes and a few other nostalgic delights. These dishes will be available on NYE while supplies last. Barman Jesse Walters has created an effervescent cocktail menu, also worth celebrating. The kitchen is open until 10pm and reservations are recommended.

New Year’s Day Brunch – Join us New Year’s Day from 11:30am – 3:00pm for a little brunch and likely a little hair of the dog too. Refuel will also be open on Monday January 2nd for lunch, offering a few brunch features.
