As part of the Teahouse re-branding they are continuing to go back to their roots with a more classic approach to our menu. Today, September 22nd, they announced another step in that direction – with the hiring of new Executive Chef Francois Gagnon!
Francois comes with a wealth of experience, with some serious stints as Executive Chef at CinCin, the #2 at Blue Water Café and a solid stretch at Lumiere. Today he’s ready to make his mark at the Teahouse!
