Taste the Chocolate Challenge 2012’s Top 6 entries–lovingly prepared for us by Peter Fong and his team at Ganache Patisserie–and cast your vote as Rob Feenie, Thomas Haas and Greg Hook declare the Grand Prize Winner of the best chocolate recipe of 2012.
The Grand Finale charity event will be a gastronomic evening filled with food, wine and the world’s most gorgeous chocolate. Hosted by Jill Krop of Global TV and our panel of celebrity judges, come and indulge yourself with wine and chocolate pairings, and meet some of the city’s top chefs and gourmet food and wine specialists. Join in our silent charity auction, with a host of prizes to win-from world class culinary equipment to a priceless private tasting of Cactus Club’s unreleased menu.
