Clos du Soleil Wine-maker’s Dinner at Provence

Spencer Massie co-owner of Clos du Soleil Winery will be hosting this evening with rare vintages, new releases, as well as a dessert pairing from Sperling Vineyards.

 Please book early to avoid disappointment as there is a limited seating for this event.

Release date if March 21st, be one of the first and few to try this great wine, only 200 cases made.

A great blend 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Semillon with aromas of honeycomb and figs. It has a nice roundness to the texture with impressive concentration and complexity.

Aromas of lemon, caramel and marzipan. Elegant and fresh on the palate

(Clos du Soleil 2008 Signature Red)

Deeply coloured, this award winning wine has a rich, intense nose with dark plum and cocoa nuances. The finish is long with soft tanins and balancing acidity.

Bright red fruit and leather, with cedar box notes. Medium to full-bodied with a fine grained texture and plenty of juicy fruit.
