CONO SUR WINE MAKERS DINNER-Focus Varietal – Pinot Noir

Cono Sur Winery and Falconetti’s East Side Grill invite you to join us for a rare winemaker’s dinner event on Monday October 21st. Matias Rios from Cono Sur will present single vineyard selections and top tier Pinot Noirs while Chef Shaun Snelling prepares 3 decadent courses table side on the heated roof top solarium.

Cono Sur is located around the oldest Pinot Noir vineyards in Chile and was the first winery in South America to produce Premium Pinot Noir. The winery was founded in 1993 with the vision of producing premium, expressive and innovate wines that convey the spirit of the new world. The “Pinot Noir project” started in 1999, with the aim of producing the best Pinot Noir in Chile. The result is wines that are unique and expressive, crafted according to the Burgundian tradition.
