Join Chef Kakoo Sahay for some Authentic Indian cuisine! In this hands-on class you will learn to make an array of favourite Indian dishes that will be sure to satisfy your exotic craving. Chef Kakoo will share helpful hints on how to stock an Indian pantry, explain the various Indian spices and their uses and share information about the geographical history of these dishes. This evening you will make:

  • Pakoras
  • Vegetable Samosas
  • Butter Chicken – an Indian restaurant favourite
  • Indian style leg of lamb
  • Aloo Ghobi – a northern Indian specialty of cauliflower and potatoes

This evenings menu will feature the finest Canadian Prime Beef and Chef Armand will show you how to cook your steaks to perfection! Today you will sample three different steaks in addition to starters and dessert.

Learn how to shop, prep and cook with ease. Kris will show you how a little preparation can make your dinnertimes a whole lot simpler and tastier! Today Chef Kris will show you how to make:

    FUNDAMENTALS OF COOKING LEVEL 1 – FULL PARTICIPATION 6 WEEK SERIES

    Saturday mornings May 1st until June 12th (no class May 22 for Victoria Day) from 10:00am to 1:00 pm

    A good grasp of the basics of cooking will not only give you the ability to apply the technique, you will also learn the standards of quality. French-born and trained chef Eric Arrouze will lead you into the classics. The classes will cover, knife skills,vegetable cuts, sauces, stocks, meats, vegetables, seafood, desserts and more in these full hands-on workshops. Gain confidence to cook like a chef in your own kitchen!
