Renovations at CRU are now complete, and effective immediately the restaurant is open for business. Designed by Greg Loewen, a production designer for the film and television industry, the restaurant’s elegant yet relaxed space has been completely refreshed with new seating, lighting, ceiling and flooring.

In addition to its new look, CRU also has rolled out a brand new lunch menu and $39 Autumn prix-fixe dinner.

Of course, the new fall menus were designed by CRU’s Executive Chef Alana Peckham, who will be the only female chef competing in Vancouver’s Canadian Gold Medal Plates on the 4th of November 2011.
