Les Dames d’Escoffier International Partners with the Julia Child Foundation To Offer Six Unique Culinary Mentorship Experiences

2020 Legacy Awards — Call for Entries for Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) Culinary Mentorship Experiences. I’m so proud to be a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier BC and to let you know about another opportunity we have for women! How do we raise these funds? With events such as Summerdine, our Gala, and The Wine Umbrella’s Dames Wine project.

Last year we hosted Stephanie Schrankel, Certified Sommelier, Seastar Restaurant, who was awarded the WINE AWARD from Okanagan Valley Wineries in British Columbia, Canada. She spent time with Vista D’Oro’s Dame Lee Murphy, Bella Wines Dame Wendy Rose, Wine Umbrella’s Mireille Sauve, Spearhead Winery’s Dame Marina Knutson and went back To Bellingham with a new love for our BC wine culture.
