Oroweat Organic Sandwiches at Dalina
Oroweat Organic 50 Mile Menu is now available at DALINA and we’ve sampled some delicious sandwhiches including the Roasted Chicken, Porchetta with Fresh Herbs, and Roasted Portobello Mushroom. They’re all made entirely from ingredients produced within 50 miles of Vancouver, shining a spotlight on our local farmers and the top-quality ingredients they have to offer.
Developed by DALINA’s Innovation Chef, Matt Sanderson, the 50 Mile Menu features three sandwiches that are akk made with Oroweat Organic bread, and are available in three varieties and baked locally in Langley, B.C.
Porchetta Sandwich with a fresh herb spread iw made with pork belly from Britco Farms, through Cioffi’s, parsley, thyme, and oregano from Evergreen Herb Farms, and the Oroweat Organic 22 Grains & Seeds bread.
Roasted Chicken Sandwich from Rossdown Farms, butter lettuce from CubicFarms, arugula, lemon balm, and basil supplied by Barnston Island Herbs, oregano and thyme supplied by Evergreen Herb Farms, charmesan cheese (Parmigiano-Reggiano style) from Golden Ears Cheesecrafters, and Oroweat Organic 100% Whole Wheat bread.
Roasted Portobello Sandwich is vegan and made with portobello mushrooms supplied by Your Wildest Foods, thyme, sunchokes, leeks, and oregano from Evergreen Herb Farms, butter lettuce from CubicFarms. Oroweat Organic Quinoa and Sunflower Seeds bread.
