On September 12th, 2012, we will be hosting our first sake pairing dinner in the Blue Ocean private dining room. With a specially designed menu by our Executive Chef Matsuoka, we are showcasing the Aburi-style flavors with the world-renowned Dassai Shuzo sake brewery. This is Dassai’s first time doing a dinner in our beautiful province, so expect an evening of tasty glutinous indulgence! Join Dassai’s principle Mr. Sakurai-san who will be flying in from Japan for this event, and our in-house sake specialist Miki Ellis with BlueNote Wines, as they walk you through the world of premium Dai-Ginjo sakes.
