PASTA! – PARTICIPATION – Monday, December 14th – 6:00-9:00pm

Join Executive Chef Romy Prasad this afternoon as he demystifies pasta making. Put on an apron and get ready to learn how to make fresh pasta dough, how to roll and form the dough and how to create stuffed pastas like ravioli and tortellini. Learn how to cook both fresh and dried pastas and how to prepare a variety of sauces to go with them! In today’s class you will prepare:

  • · Sirloin tortellini with veal glace
  • · Yukon gold potato gnocchi with fresh pesto sauce
  • · Dungeness crab stuffed ravioli with tarragon cream sauce
  • · Smoked chicken with white wine, mushrooms, & goat cheese over garganelli pasta
  • · Chocolate & ricotta ravioli

    Whether you are well-versed in preparing turkey dinners, wanting to hone your skills with new & innovative techniques or its your first time taking on the task, this class is for you! Learn how to prepare a turkey, side dishes, dessert & more!

    This evening Chef Thaung will teach you the basics of Chinese cuisine. Learn about shopping tips, wok techniques, and how to blend flavours using garlic, ginger, and sauces like soy, oyster and hoi sin. After this class you will be equipped to cook traditional and delicious Chinese dishes at home!
