KING CRAB!!
My favourite sustainable seafood is the spot prawn! I love being able to go down to the docks and get them fresh at Granville Island. Here is a great website to help you choose the most sustainable seafood and there is also an Iphone app on their site 🙂 http://www.seachoice.org/

I love shellfish! Oysters, mussels and crabs!
Sea bass, sablefish, crab of any kind, scallops, the list goes on. I just love, love, love seafood!!! Is that too many “love”s? Please pick me. I would be sooooo happy to be able to come to the event.
Monica – Please note that Sea Bass is not a sustainable choice. There’s a great list of what is best to eat to keep our ocean’s healthy here: http://www.seachoice.org/profile/result?name=sea+bass
Sablefish, crab of any kind, scallops, the list goes on. And of course salmon and tuna sashimi are some of my faves. I just love, love, love seafood!!! Is that too many “love”s? I can live without meat, but I cannot live without seafood. Please pick me. I would be sooooo happy to be able to come to the event.
Well, depending on what seafood guide you use, I would pick Halibut as my favourite sustainable seafood – Ocean Wise gives it a thumbs up, SeaChoice says there are some concerns. Spot prawns are probably a close 2nd 🙂
