No stranger to Vancouver gourmets, celebrity chef Vikram Vij is best known for his acclaimed Vij’s restaurant – recently nominated as the No. 1 restaurant (across all cuisines) in Canada. Masterfully fusing traditional recipes with innovative contemporary twists, Vikram Vij has created a menu that incorporates a salute to Sharmila Tagore’s Nawabi family history. The evening will feature a brief in-conversation session with Sharmila Tagore, a cooking performance by Vikram, and a four-course meal paired with fine beverages.
