Dinner in the Garden at St. Ann’s Victoria

Enjoy local food, art, drink and live music by The Merry McKentys & Jess Vaira in a private garden setting on Saturday, April 26th from 6 – 8:30 pm – Ticketed event : at the Novitiate Garden at St. Ann’s on Humboldt Street Victoria, BC.

For this special event, chefs Cindy Meiklejohn and Katie Barrington of Ingredients have created a delicious, organic sprouted buckwheat beet slider with Suntrio greens & sprouts as an appetizer and a sumptuous matcha lime vert cheesecake to finish.

For the main course, Chef Ali Ryan of Spinnakers will make an organic milk ricotta gnudi primavera, with locally foraged nettle and calendula flower pesto and Salt Spring Island Montana cheese & spring vegetables.

Tugwell Creek Honey Farm and Meadery will present their award-winning meads (honey wines) with blends featuring varietal honeys and berries from our local region as part of the meal. The combination of Bob Liptrot’s 43 years of beekeeping experience and over 25 years of mead making experience bring a unique and educational culinary experience.

Complimentary organic, fair-trade coffee and tea will be provided by Victoria’s award-winning Level Ground Trading CompanySpinnakers will provide a selection of local handcrafted beer and our very own Muse Winery will have their local award-winning wines available for sale.

In addition to an amazing experience of food, music, art, silent auction, dance and entertainment, each dinner guest will receive a gift of coffee or tea from Level Ground and tickets for two to visit the magical Bateman Centre ($40 value)!!!
