Last week we took Edgewater Casino up on an offer to check out the slots and sample some of the food at Splashes Bistro. Without a menu online, we didn’t know what would be in store, and were pleasantly surprised with a good selection of Chinese and Western foods.

My friend ordered and enjoyed his steak and onion rings and I tried the fried rice which was full of veggies, egg and fried pork. We also ordered some noodles, dim sum and sticky rice to go. While the bistro setting is rather plain and cafeteria like, you will be able to grab some good food at great prices if you’re out for a night at the Casino. Splash Bistro food service is also available on the casino floor at all slot machines. Simply hit the “CHANGE” button and a server will arrive to take your food order. Splash Bistro offers 24/7 food serivce and a selection of alcoholic beverages available until 3am on Friday and Saturday.

We played also played some slots and won $39, so would have left with the $139 we started with, but decided drinks were in order, so had a few at the onsite VUE Bar and Lounge. Not a bad night at all!
