On September 16th, we are very excited to have Chef Scot Rogers join us for our Cooking with BC’s Best Market Dinner.
We first met Chef Roger at Aphrodite’s Organic Cafe– a Kitsilano institution that provides locals with outstanding organic cuisine, gluten free pies and other baked goods, plus a plethora of healthy and wholesome meals. Our Edible BC staffers like to hang out there on their days off, so we felt it would be a great addition to have Chef Scot Roger come in and do a class for our customers. He’s now heading up the kitchen at Richmond’s Grill 7 – even closer to the abundance of fresh lower mainland farm cuisine.
Our demonstration-style Market Dinners take place in Granville Island, after hours, and allow you the unique opportunity to watch the chef prepare five seasonally-inspired courses in our open kitchen, right before your eyes. Enjoy your dinner with sommelier-selected wines from BC’s top wineries
