A new small plates menu in the bistro that starts daily at 3:30 and continues through dinner. Internationally inspired flavours with premium local ingredients, dishes include Birch Beer Glazed Pork Ribs with Driftwood ale, togarashi and slaw; Chinatown BBQ Duck Noodles with XO sauce, shiitake mushrooms and green onion; and East Coast Lobster Risotto, with Okanagan apples, wild greens and mustard cream.
Also starting this week, a spring Prix Fixe Dinner from Tuesday to Thursday. Guests must be seated by 6pm to enjoy your choice of starter, main and dessert for only $30.
