Goldfish Pacific Kitchen, Yaletown’s very own Pacific Rim-inspired restaurant, re-opens its doors for lunch for a limited time on Tuesday, November 22, 2010 until Wednesday, December 22, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily – offering business patrons, food lovers and holiday shoppers a fine dining destination away from the hustle and bustle of the festive season.
The varied menu was hand-selected by Goldfish’s chef duo team of Ryan Mah, Chef de Cuisine, and Curtis Webb, Executive Chef. Items include the ever popular Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork Buns, Green Papaya Beef Salad, Ling Cod Bento, and Lamb Curry. Unique dishes for lunch are featured as “Gold Plates,” such as the Korean Style Fish and Prawn Taco, Tuna Poke Salad and Spicy Tofu Bowl.
