Featuring award-winning chef Brian Skinner, best known for his culinary contribution to Vancouver’s vegetarian culinary scene with The Acorn, his recent Winter Supper Club series and collaboration dinner with Yotam Ottolenghi. Chef Skinner will be tailoring food and cocktails that are inspired by special moments in this Wes Anderson classic.
