Chef demonstrations and the much loved ‘Black Box’ competition with celebrity guest chef to be announced! A sea-life display of local critters right here in our own pristine waters. Learn from prawners why this area produces some of the very best prawns in the whole world! Understand how prawning is not only sustainable but a solid part of the local food movement.There will be lots of local entertainment on the stage through out the day with a GREAT all female band “Femme Fatale” from Nanaimo. Townsite Brew will have a variety of tasty cold beer in the BEER GARDEN from 3-11pm.
