Designed to capture the essence of British Columbia’s natural environment, lofty 40-foot ceilings reach to the sky, while wood-paneled walls and a floor-to-ceiling sandstone fireplace emanate warmth and comfort. YEW is high on style, service and quality and welcomes all guests – from globe trotting business travelers and power lunchers to vacationing families and romance seekers. The menu showcases the broad culinary vision of Executive Chef Oliver Beckert by including dishes and ingredients from the entire Pacific region featuring premium local, seasonal ingredients.
