5 course dinner will showcase warm weather cooking and grilling techniques. Each course will be paired with select wines from Haywire and Bartier Scholefield Wineries. Master wine maker Michael Bartier will discuss the wines and Chef Alvarez will explain his philosophy on the choice of dishes being served.
