This year’s festival was a huge success and we look forward to another great festival next year!

Just a quick reminder that the Spot Prawn Festival was a kick-off to the eight week spot prawn season here in BC. We would like to encourage the Chefs’ Table Society members to purchase these delicious local and sustainable prawns from Steve Johansen at Organic Ocean, our festival partner at the False Creek Fishermen’s Wharf. Fresh, live prawns can be purchased at $10 per pound for Chefs’ Table Society members after 1pm daily or by calling Steve directly.
