H Tasting Lounge and H2 Rotisserie & Bar Unveil New Menus for Fall
A recent lunch date at The Westin Bayshore’s H2 Rotisserie & Bar was all awesome and what I hope to be the beginning of many holiday lunches. The cocktails were superb, service always attentive and the views with the float planes coming and going mesmerizing. Thanks to Chefs Alex Mok and Executive Chef Geoff Carkner for a lovely meal!
H2 Rotisserie & Bar is known for their home-style comfort food and dedication to promoting local breweries, distilleries and wineries, including many selections on tap. One of the favourite mains is the organic Maple Hill Farms rotisserie chicken (pictured above), and now there are new items including certified Angus beef carpaccio; the ‘Beyond Delicious’ burger (made with the Beyond Meat vegetarian patty); ‘Flex for Me’ Vancouver Island mussels (steamed in BC’s own Howling Moon Dry Apple Cider); Oceanwise Pacific King salmon and Pacific ling cod; all-new desserts; and much more.
They spoiled us with cocktails, split many of the mains and appies and were all over the smores for dessert.
