The evening starts with a welcome reception, in the gorgeous foyer of Legacy Liquor Store in Olympic Village. The vaulted ceilings, spirit displays and living wall create a dynamic setting to feature Hennessy Black Cognac and paired passed canapes by Kale & Nori’s Lauren Mote and Chef Jonathan Chovancek. Following the reception, guests are guided though an intense and interactive Hennessy Cognac tasting, led by Cryille Gautier-Auriol, world renowned speaker and ambassador to one of the Cognac Regions finest expressions. The rest of the evening is rather indulgent… Chef Jonathan Chovancek creates a stunning three course menu, inspired by Hennessy Cognac’s wide range of styles, while each course is accompanied by a expertly paired cocktail. This is a unique and rare opportunity to come and experience Hennessy Cognac, as it is interpreted by Cyrille, and Kale & Nori.
