The Holiday

1.5 oz Cazadores Reposado
.5 oz Martini Bitter
1 oz watermelon juice
.5 oz Ginger Syrip
.75 oz Lime juice

Maldon salt/coconut sugar rum.
Garnish with wedge of Watermelon.

We also saw some of the items that were being sampled that day as a group of servers were training. We will definitely need to sample that saganaki!
