In addition to winning the Food Network’s Superstar Chef Challenge, Chef Anthony has also represented Canada in the Hans Bueschken World Junior Chef Challenge in Auckland, New Zealand. Chef Anthony’s characteristic cooking style is tasty, simple & rustic fare presented elegantly. This evening you will enjoy a menu of:
