Tapenade Bistro invites you to an evening showcasing the cuisine of Chef Justin Cheung and the award winning wines of La Frenz Winery. Join us as Chef creates a 5 course menu of special dishes to pair with a selection of 6 wines chosen by Jeff and Niva. The menu will feature Spring’s bounty and will showcase ingredients that are seasonal, local and sustainable.  This dinner will be a rare opportunity to savour new releases and special treats.
