Our winemaker’s dinner series continues in April with guest hosts, Jeff and Niva Martin of La Frenz Winery. Our first three dinners of 2011 were huge successes, great fun and this will be the final winemaker’s dinner until the fall.
Tapenade Bistro invites you to an evening showcasing the cuisine of Chef Alex Tung and the award winning wines of La Frenz Winery. Join us as Chef creates a 5 course menu of special dishes to pair with a selection of 6 wines chosen by Jeff and Niva. The menu will feature Spring’s bounty and will showcase ingredients that are seasonal, local and sustainable. This dinner will be a rare opportunity to savour new releases, alongside La Frenz’s previous vintages, such as the award winning 2007 Reserve Pinot Noir.
