Beginning Sunday, February 13th Le Gavroche is serving up Sunday brunch. Chef Robert Guest has created a brunch menu full of classic brunch dishes accented with Le Gavroche’s signature French flair.
The new brunch menu includes dishes like eggs benedict (with choice of Dungeness crab, smoked salmon and spinach; or double-smoked bacon, grilled tomato and arugula), steak & eggs (AAA New York strip loin with free-range eggs and truffle bordelaise sauce) and Belgian waffles (with choice of toppings: strawberries and Belgian chocolate, bourbon-infused fresh fruit and crème fraiche, or crème anglaise and salted caramel). House-made sausage and eggs, a chorizo and bell pepper frittata, and French toast round out the menu. For vegetarians, a vegetarian version of the eggs benedict and frittata are also available.
Brunch is available Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm. Reservations are available on OpenTable or by calling the restaurant at 604.685.3924.
About Le Gavroche
Opened in 1978, Le Gavroche is one of Vancouver’s longest-standing fine-dining establishments, offering award-winning French cuisine in a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. For decades, the setting of Le Gavroche has charmed Vancouverites and travelers alike and has garnered international attention as one of Vancouver’s most romantic dinner settings.
